Still trying it out, but having had one of your products for a couple of decades, I don't think I will be disappointed.
The joint/neck pack I have had from your company, I bought years ago at one of the craft shows here in the Burlington, Vermont area. I still use it but the flannel wrapping was starting to wear out. That would be my only disappointment with this new wrap. The fabric isn't as soft and comfortable as the flannel. Maybe after a few washings it will be less stiff. The old neck pack will continue to get used. It fits my neck comfortably and the new one will take some getting used to. Glad you have continued to make your products.

My thoughts
The pac is good. I don’t like the Velcro also the bag inside tends to come out. I think there should be some type of closure.

We love these, own 5 of our own and recently sent 3 more to Germany. They carry us through the winter cold as bed warmers and relieve aches and pains. .

Neck-knee pac
I have had this neck knee back for many years and it has served me well. It’s easy to use, just the right size and delivers heats to stiff muscles. I wouldn’t be without it!

My family loves this pac. When my kids have a slight tummy upset, they want this pack. When my wife has a stressful day, this pack is on her neck all evening.
