My husband has had several back surgeries and these help with his pain. He even takes one in the car. My daughter has hip issues and one helps her sleep.

Perfect
I have bought several of these over the years. My husband has had several surgeries on his back and these help with the moist heat. He even takes one in the car. My daughter has a bad hip and she uses one there at bedtime.

Love this Hot pack
I recently bought 2 of these. I love them. I bought 2 of them in 2010. One of them is still in good shape. One has a hole it in from me picking it up and sticking a fingernail into it. If that hadn't happened, I think I would still have the first 2 I bought. We live in Minnesota (I lived in New Hampshire when I bought the first 2) and my family and I love them for warming up in the winter. Sometimes we use them on our backs and necks. Sometimes on the abdomen. Sometimes to heat our bed as we are falling asleep.

Body shawl
Not as nice as the other one I have from a few years ago. Seems “flimsy” , was disappointing.
