To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

I have had my own body shawl for over a decade and love it! It is the perfect size to heat up feet, shoulders or to lay on as a heating pad. I give these as gifts often and the quality has stayed consistent over the years. This one was purchased for my brother who had his original shawl break down and made the mistake of ordering an imitation on amazon which he says is nothing like the quality of yours.

Best Therapy Ever!
I have three Body Shawls and have given them as gifts to many of my friends too. I keep one in the freezer, one for heating and one as a spare. My back is very bad and I use these packs almost every day. They bring me much relief. It is also nice to have something that was handmade in Maine by local artisans which is a bonus.
