To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

My mother gifted me one of these shawls years ago. We use it for both hot and cold therapies and absolutely love it! The scent is soothing and not overpowering. This most recent purchase is being sent overseas to my new in-laws as an example of quality, American made products. I’m sure they will love it as much as we do!

Body Shawl has been a lifesaver for years!
I have used these for many years, almost daily, winter, spring, summer and fall! Having arthritis with lower back pain, this soothes my back pain perfectly. This purchase is about the 4th one I have had as with so much usage they are bound to wear out. I opted for flannel on both sides as it is thicker than cotton. I will NEVER be without my body shawl!

I have used a Grampa's Garden body shawl for many years now. It is just what I need when I have aching muscles or feel chilled. The warmth and weight are incredibly soothing. I really appreciate mine which is why I bought one for each of my nephews.
