To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

I use this hot/cold body shawl pack all of the time. It keeps warm long enough to soothe my back pains and cramps. It's very convenient that I can throw it in the microwave for a few minutes. The best part is the scent - it's so therapeutic!
