To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

Body shawl
This is the 5th or 6th one I've owned. I use them a lot during the winter. They're great to heat and put under the covers a few minutes before climbing into bed.

Game changer!!
This body shawl is just the BEST! In fact, this is my second one as I left my old one (it had quite a few years of wear so needed a new one anyway) at a hotel. I always travel with it as it helps after a long day in the car. It stays warm for quite awhile and since it is large, goes over many body parts at once. Just LOVE this item.

Irreplicable
I use this off and on throughout the day, every day. It is long enough to come up over my shoulder and reach my lumbar at the same time. I would be lost without it. I go through one of these, every 6-9 months I use them so much.

Absolutely amazing. This was the second one I ordered. A family member loved ours so much we ordered another for them. I heat it and lay it on the bed and lay my back on it to relieve muscle ache. Love Love Love it. It keeps me warm at night and would definitely recommend it.
