To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

I love this shawl. I have two myself. I have bought them for gifts as well. Highly recommend. Putting the heated shawl on my shoulders and my husbands, you can just feel the aches melt away. Also it is really nice if you have been outside chilled.
