To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

BODY SHAWL - HOT OR COLD THERAPY PACK
I bought my first iteration of the body shawl 20+ years ago at the Hannaford (or was it still Shop n Save?) in Portland, Maine. It got me through decades of injuries, and also comforted a few of our dogs as they aged. It moved around the country with me, and held up great with minimal surgical interventions on my part. I finally decided to replace it, and am thrilled that it’s still made with the same excellent quality and materials. I’ve bought quite a few things from Grandpa’s Garden over the years to give as gifts. I’m usually re-thanked for them as the years pass. They last, and they work.

This is my second one. The first was a gift from my daughter to help with my hip pain. It is truly a blessing and use it all the time. It is long enough to cover the entire painful area. The second one is for my husband to keep warm. Can’t say enough good things about this product.

Body Shawl
The body shawl is a beloved item in our home whenever soothing warmth is needed. I decompress after work with a warm shawl around my shoulders and a cup of tea in hand. My boys take one to bed in the winter as they like to sleep in a cold room but warming the bed a touch is cozier. One of my boys took his to college with him. It is also a great gift item especially when you are not able to give a warm hug in person.

This is the best. So well made they last forever. My whole family have them and I continue to give them for gifts. So easy to heat in microwave. Great for my elderly parents. Work so well for cold hands to wrap them in, back aches, stiff neck. I can't say enough about them.
