Filled with grains and spices for soothing all-over comfort and a pleasing aroma. Makes a great bed warmer, too.
To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

I bought this for a friend who suffers from migraines. She absolutely loved it and used it right away when suffering a bad headache. The warmth on her neck and shoulders allowed her to go back to sleep after taking prescription medication. She loved the celestial print and that the item was locally made in Maine.
