To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

the body Shawl is great!
This is our second body shawl. It is a wonderful item for helping to soothe our many aches and pains. Its size is great for use on the whole back. Plus, heating it up and placing it beneath your bed covers on a cold night makes you feel toasty and warm.

My husband has back problems & uses the body wrap for that purpose. Puts in microwave to heat up to what temperature he prefers. I use sometimes if I have back strain after a cold pack. Love the size!
