My husband gave me a Grandpa's Garden body shawl many, many years ago. When I have neck and back muscle issues related to Fibromyalgia, I spray on some icy hot, warm up the shawl in the microwave and relax. It feels sooooooooo good! I just purchased two more as gifts, one for a cancer patient. My shawl has survived use for at least 10 plus years--if not more, and it doesn't look or smell like an old hot pad. I LOVE IT!
