To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

Body Shawl
The body shawl is a beloved item in our home whenever soothing warmth is needed. I decompress after work with a warm shawl around my shoulders and a cup of tea in hand. My boys take one to bed in the winter as they like to sleep in a cold room but warming the bed a touch is cozier. One of my boys took his to college with him. It is also a great gift item especially when you are not able to give a warm hug in person.

This is the best. So well made they last forever. My whole family have them and I continue to give them for gifts. So easy to heat in microwave. Great for my elderly parents. Work so well for cold hands to wrap them in, back aches, stiff neck. I can't say enough about them.

Love this. It is my second one. After probably 20 years, my first shawl started leaking out the seeds. The cloth was worn in several places and after expert sewing repairs, decided to lay it to rest and treat myself to a new one. Your products are the best!!!
