To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

I love my Grampa's Garden Body Shawl! My entire family has bought quite a few over the years. We don't think we could live without them. They are wonderful for aching backs and shoulders, upset stomachs, and for keeping warm on cold winter nights!

I have purchased several of these in the past and loved them, but this one has all the filling on one end bunched up in the 2 outside corners and the 3 pockets in the middle of the row are empty.
