To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

Warm, soothing relief for tired muscles
I’ve had the small shoulder wrap for years, and I’ve gifted them to several family members, but I decided to try the shawl this winter. It’s wonderful for warming up, and it eases tight muscle knots in my back as I work to regain my fitness after a big surgery. I know the shawl will see a lot of use in coming years!
