To use as a cold pack for relief from inflammation and swelling, place shawl in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or more. 20" x 28". Scented or unscented.

Love the weight of this product as well as the subtle scent. I Purchased this to replace an old one that I had. It doesn’t quite seem to stay warm as long as my old one did, but I still am loving it.

You need to use a thicker material. I have had to sew up holes in every one (about 4 or 5) of these shawls that I purchased.
