Based on our customer feedback and market research, the unique design of our Thera Pac conforms easily around the neck, upper shoulders, and upper back. It is lower in the back with channeled construction to keep the natural grains and spices evenly distributed over your muscles. We constructed this pack with fleece on one side and cotton/flannel fabric on the other side to provide effective hot and cold therapy. 16.5" x 12" Scented or unscented.

Best therapy pac for achey bones, joints… These are a well made using soft flannel fabric that feels good on area needed. I bought my 1st Grampa’s Garden 20+ years ago and it Still is great. Just needed another one. These pac’s have helped relieve my neck pain so many times. What relief they provide. Highly Recommend this company! Thanks for consistent quality and value!

Your products are absolutely outstanding! I've purchased various similar items from Amazon... not even close to the same!! Their products didn't make it in the freezer & microwave literally destroyed them. A friend gave me 1 of your products long ago, it's held up extremely well. Literally actively used it for years, just needed more. Finally discovered your website...I can't express how much your products help me with fibromyalgia, cervical arthritis, nerve pain, etc. I think I own almost all of your products... that's how effective they are. Love being to freeze during the AZ summer & heat during the winter.??
