Based on our customer feedback and market research, the unique design of our Thera Pac conforms easily around the neck, upper shoulders, and upper back. It is lower in the back with channeled construction to keep the natural grains and spices evenly distributed over your muscles. We constructed this pack with fleece on one side and cotton/flannel fabric on the other side to provide effective hot and cold therapy. 16.5" x 12" Scented or unscented.

thera pac works great!
I have been using the eye sinus pack successfully for years. So, I decided to try the thera pac and I couldn't be happier. I tend to hold stress in my neck and shoulders. The pac brings relief. It is well made and comfortable. I love this product! Amazing quality.

I love this product. It is especially good if you hold your stress in your shoulders and/or neck.
It would be perfect if it had a Velcro closure to hold it in place and tighten it a bit. I recommend this product.

I can't live without these.
Been buying them, I think, for about 10 or so years now. When one wears out, I open it up, and toss the filling out for the birds, and buy another. I suffer from migraines and it's one of the only non-medicated items that works. I'm even willing to travel with it - it's worth the weight, and also works as a small travel pillow (if you like firm-filling pillows like I do.) Just sheer gold. <3 Thank you GG.

Thera Pac Neck Wrap is outstanding!
This product is wonderful for all sorts of neck aches and pains. Also a wonderful product to provide relaxing relief for neck strains and tensions. I would highly recommend this product to everyone. We use ours daily.
