Based on our customer feedback and market research, the unique design of our Thera Pac conforms easily around the neck, upper shoulders, and upper back. It is lower in the back with channeled construction to keep the natural grains and spices evenly distributed over your muscles. We constructed this pack with fleece on one side and cotton/flannel fabric on the other side to provide effective hot and cold therapy. 16.5" x 12" Scented or unscented.

Love my Thera PAC
This is my second Thera pac . The first lasted almost 10 years! It is perfect for the arthritis in my neck and shoulders and I love the aroma!

Awesome! I suffer from chronic neck pain from time to time. And in each period of pain, I reach for this neck warmer. It is the very best to use and reuse. There is nothing that compares to this item or its price. Very best in comfort, and it is usually the solution to what ails me. Very pretty, and smells wonderful but it is the warmth it generates that keeps me coming back and purchasing it again and again. I recommend this to everybody who I speak with in need of comfort in their pain cycle

I am a migraineur, and have tried everything. Bought this on a whim at a country store in NH out of desperation at the recommendation of the shopkeeper. While it doesn't completely get rid of my migraines, it does a fabulous job at comforting me and lessening may pain. The scent is wonderful and very soothing. I always keep two on hand, one for me, and one for anyone who visits me, who is in pain. Just sharing in case it can help someone else. Enjoy.

Ive bought several of these and love them -this order I bought two and one already ripped :( I sewed it but this is very unusual never had this issue before after just a month.
