Based on our customer feedback and market research, the unique design of our Thera Pac conforms easily around the neck, upper shoulders, and upper back. It is lower in the back with channeled construction to keep the natural grains and spices evenly distributed over your muscles. We constructed this pack with fleece on one side and cotton/flannel fabric on the other side to provide effective hot and cold therapy. 16.5" x 12" Scented or unscented.

Long lasting
This is one of the best warm pacs that i have owned. I can’t believe how long i have had mine. 20 ish years. And i keep buying them for friends. The pac holds heat well, stays in place and has the perfect weight and smell. Don’t hesitate if you are interested in this thermal heat pac!

Can’t live without this!
I’ve had one of these for more years than I can remember. I use this nightly- winter and summer! They stay warm for hours, and each one has lasted for years. Because I use them every single day, after several years of constant use, they eventually get threadbare and it’s time to replace. I’m probably on my 4th one!

Thermal neck pack therapac
I just love this microwave neck warmer. I bought one about 10 years ago and it is still in perfect condition. I have bought several more for my friends and family. The weight is perfect and balances the pack on your upper traps. It also has a wonderful mild herbal smell.
