Based on our customer feedback and market research, the unique design of our Thera Pac conforms easily around the neck, upper shoulders, and upper back. It is lower in the back with channeled construction to keep the natural grains and spices evenly distributed over your muscles. We constructed this pack with fleece on one side and cotton/flannel fabric on the other side to provide effective hot and cold therapy. 16.5" x 12" Scented or unscented.

Wonderful product
This recent purchase was my second of these neck packs. I bought one about ten years ago and use it often, especially in the winter. The newer one is just as good, although I noticed it’s slightly shorter so it can’t tuck up under my chin the way the other can. Both are exceptionally made, nice, durable fabrics, stand up to being used over and over, well worth the investment.

Worked great when woke up with sore shoulders. Heated up in microwave and placed on shoulders for about 15 min. Pain was minimal after use

I would usually give this a 5 star rating, but the size is much diminished from the last one I bought a few years ago. I so like my old one better. I purchased this one for my husband. My old one, though now pretty cooked, covers more territory.

I have I think nine Grandpa’s Garden items and they get a lot of use, but the Thera Pac is by far my favorite. I use it nearly every day for shoulder and neck issues. It has saved me. Getting another because it has sprung a few leaks and is starting to smell a little over-toasted. Best design ever and it stays on when I move around!!

I have ordered Thera Pac three times so far, and every time it brings me great comfort in pain relief. I suffer from cervical disk degeneration and Grampa's Garden is a name I will never forget. These pacs last so very long, but when they are old & worn, I come right back to the name that is so easy to remember..... Grandpa's Garden. Even if I have a chill in my home at night watching television, I warm this up and it works wonders and it smells great with its aromatic spices. This is a name I can certainly trust and I do recommend this brand to every person I meet who has a problem with their neck. Thank you for making a wonderful product, and most importantly in this ever changing world....thank you for keeping it on your website to order.
