This body blanket is awesome. The baffles hold all the lavender flax seeds in place where they should be. No sliding and slipping. About 4 1/2 minutes in the microwave and the body blanket is heated up and holds its warmth for probably 45 minutes. I put mine in bed before me at night to warm my space. My friend uses hers to cover up with and watch TV. The fabric is soft and attractive. Yes, I have both the sea turtles and the plaid. Highly recommend for anyone cold natured or in my case, with cold feet at night.

This is the best thing to use for an achy body after a day of physical labor. Easy to heat in the microwave and then 15 - 20 min pure relaxation and relief from achy muscles.
