This is the best thing to use for an achy body after a day of physical labor. Easy to heat in the microwave and then 15 - 20 min pure relaxation and relief from achy muscles.

I would simply never be without this blanket. It easily heats in the microwave and stays warm for a very long time. The warmth combines with the scent of the essential oils is very soothing. My daughter has one in her home at all times as well. Love this product.
