I sleep with my healing heart every night. I put it on my side and it warms my core, relaxes me and puts me to sleep. I’m married and sleep with my husband but the heart totally helps me relax and sleep well. The heart also holds heat all night long. You put it in microwave for two minutes. Love it!?
