It was made well. Too light to use. I haven’t order in a while s I was it aware of this product. I was confused when ordering. I had bought this on sale and wanted to get the bigger on for a sale price. They said no . And I had to pay 14 dollars to send it back. The owner was very nice about free shipping the new order to me. I’m not really happy. The cost was too much to reorder.

My Mom and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this product! She's used it so much that it's falling apart after years of use. I will be getting her a new one as well as myself. They're great for lower back pain and everything else! Thank you for making these! We actually got the first one at the local mall a few years ago and I got one online a few years after that.

Shoulder shawl
My aunt passed one of these shoulder shawls to me and I’ve loved it so much I ordered my daughter one , when I clicked on the pictures on the small shawl there’s a picture of the size I have but when my daughter received it iwas disappointingly small 1/2 the size of the one in the picture
