This is probably the 6th one I've purchased, and probably won't be my last. I heat it multiple times a day and enjoy the warmth that feels so good on overworked muscles!

Great for low back, floor lying.
I love this pac for a sore low back after work. I heat it for 90sec, put a wet washcloth on it and lie on my back on the floor for 20min. Nothing beats it.

Lumbar pack
This is the second one I have purchased. I bought one for myself years ago. My daughter fell and injured her wrist. I purchased one for her and had it shipped directly to her. What I love is it can be either cold or warm moist heat and I have used it for both.

Okay for real though, I've bought 5 of these over the past 8 years- a couple as gifts for family and a couple as replacements after I accidentally roasted mine. This is probably my favorite product; it's large, comfortable, and retains heat exceptionally well. I use it when I'm sick, sore, or just plain cold.
