Absolutely Fantastic
The aroma is a bit of an acquired taste, but it's grown on me because of how nice these packs are. I've bought 3 since 2015, only one of which was a replacement for the one I accidentally cooked. Looking forward to buying a 4th as a Christmas gift. :D Please note for first time buyers: these do require very careful attention when microwaving. If they get stuck and stop rotating, or heat too much on one side, they may get singed.

Great Lumbar Packs!
Love all the Grampa's Garden therapy packs, and I have several sizes. I use these lumbar packs especially often, and keep a few on hand because they are a versatile size. Most of the time I apply to my lower back, sometimes on my tummy. I like that I can also choose a pretty, washable fabric cover. I like them and recommend them as well. Terrific company, and I've been ordering from them for about 15 years.

This is the second one we have purchased. I have purchased various types of lumbar heating pads and this is head and shoulders the best available. 2 minutes in the microwave in the early morning on rising, and my arthritic stiffness disappears. Love this heat pad, it's the BEST!!!!!
